Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: Must be between 12 and 14 years old as of April 1, 2025.
Educational Requirement: Applicants must have passed the 7th class by March 2025. Students scheduled to take final exams in June 2025 are also eligible, provided they submit a “School Leaving Certificate.”

Instructions for Online Application

Information Accuracy: Ensure all information provided is correct; any false information will lead to cancellation of registration.
Correspondence: Mobile number and email address must be active at all times.
Registration Fee: Non-refundable under any circumstances after submission.
Photograph: Recent photo with blue background, aligned well with the space on the portal.
Document Upload: Upload all required documents in straight position and readable formats.
Application Completeness: Incomplete applications or missing paid fee challan will result in rejection.

Steps to Complete the Process

Create Email Login: Start by creating your email login. (Apply Online)
Fill Personal Information Form: Complete the personal information form on the portal.
Generate & Download Bank Challan: Generate the bank challan from the portal.
Pay Bank Challan: Pay the challan as per instructions provided.
Upload Paid Challan and Documents: Upload the paid challan and other required documents.
Complete Undertaking: Check the undertaking checkbox to proceed.
Submit Application: Submit the completed application.
Wait for Approval: Wait for the application approval.
No-Spam List: Add admissions@ccha.edu.pk to your no-spam list.
Download Roll Number Slip: Once approved, download the roll number slip from the portal.
Entrance Examination: Report to the examination center with your printed roll number slip as per the schedule.

Registration Fee and Exam Fee

Registration Fee: Every candidate is required to remit a Registration Fee of Rs. 7000/- + Rs. 58/- (Bank Charges) with the Application Form (Non-Refundable).
Entrance Exam Fee for Overseas Candidates:
Saudi Arabia: Rs. 60,000/-
UAE: Rs. 60,000/-
Online: Rs. 60,000/-
Additional Charges: Besides this, the overseas candidates will have to submit 100 to 150 SR/DH as the center charges to the school where the entrance exam is being conducted.

Interview and Medical Examination

After the written test, successful candidates will be called for interviews and medical examinations in January 2025. The interview may assess:

IQ & General Knowledge
Psychological Assessment
Physical Fitness
IT Awareness

Final Selection

The final selection is based on the overall merit of performance in the entry test, interview, and medical examination. The Principal’s decision is final and cannot be challenged.

Scholarships

CCH offers limited financial assistance/scholarships for deserving students based on academic performance and need. Merit scholarships for top students are available after evaluations each year.
