Military College Jhelum (MCJ) has officially released the fee deposit instructions for candidates who have been provisionally selected for XI Class (Lateral Entry – 2026).
Earlier, the college announced the final merit list and informed candidates that fee submission details would be shared separately. The admission fee schedule and payment procedure have now been issued.
Provisional Admission
The admission offered to successful candidates is provisional and is subject to:
- Medical fitness.
- Passing of Matric Exam
- Verification of original documents.
Candidates who fail to meet either of these requirements will not be granted final admission.
Last Date to Deposit Admission Fee
The last date for fee submission is 24 July 2026.
Military College Jhelum has clearly stated that no extension will be granted. Candidates who fail to complete the fee submission process by the due date will lose their admission, and the vacant seat will be offered to the next candidate on the waiting list according to merit.
Where to Deposit the Fee
The admission fee must be deposited online at any Askari Bank branch using the following account details:

Account Title: Welfare Contributory Account MCJ
While depositing the fee, candidates must clearly mention:
- Roll Number
- Candidate’s Name
- Present Home Address
Cash payments will not be accepted.
Important Steps After Fee Submission
After depositing the fee, candidates must complete both of the following steps:
- Send a clear picture or screenshot of the paid fee slip along with the complete present mailing address via WhatsApp to 0340-0564494.
- Send the original deposited fee slip through Registered Courier, TCS, or UMS to:

Both the WhatsApp copy and the original courier must reach the college on or before 24 July 2026.

Joining Instructions
Military College Jhelum has informed candidates that joining instructions will only be issued after the college receives both the WhatsApp copy and the original fee deposit slip through courier.
Candidates who do not complete the fee submission process and receive the official joining instructions will not be allowed to join the college.
Candidates and parents are advised to complete all formalities well before the deadline and regularly visit the official Military College Jhelum website for any further updates regarding XI Class Lateral Entry 2026 admissions.
