Application InstructionsTo ensure a smooth application process, follow these guidelines carefully:Required Documents

  1. Photographs:
    • 5 attested photographs (front side) by the Principal/Headmaster of the candidate’s school.
    • Photographs must be pasted on the admission form and call letters.
  2. Registration Fee:
    • Submit a bank draft or online deposit slip in favor of MCSB Cadet Fee (Account No. 0516-7901882903, HBL Sui).
    • Applying Fee Structure:
      • Civilians, Navy, Air Force, FC Balochistan, Pakistan Coast Guard, Pakistan Rangers Sindh: Rs. 4,000
      • Army Officers (Serving/Retired): Rs. 3,000
      • MES, JCOs/Soldiers (Serving/Retired): Rs. 2,000
    • Late Fee: An additional Rs. 1,000 applies for applications submitted between 14–20 October 2025.
    • Attach the printed receipt of the online fee transfer or bank draft with the application form.
    • Note: Registration fees are non-refundable.
  3. Self-Addressed Envelopes:
    • Include 5 self-addressed envelopes (without postal tickets).
  4. Additional Documents:
    • Attested photocopy of CORO Order/Regimental Part II Order (for wards of Army, FC Balochistan (North & South), Pakistan Rangers Sindh, and PCG personnel only).
    • Attested photocopy of NADRA Form B to verify the candidate’s date of birth.
    • Attested photocopy of Father/Guardian’s CNIC.
    • Attested copy of Domicile/Local Certificate of the candidate or father.
    • For retired Army personnel: Attach a copy of the Discharge/Pension Book.
  5. Form Submission:
    • Do not fold the admission form. Use an A4 or legal-size envelope for dispatch.
    • Note: Photocopies of the application form are not acceptable, and incomplete forms will be rejected.

  • Normal Fee: Submit by 13 October 2025 (Monday).
  • Late Fee: Submit between 14–20 October 2025.
