Eligibility Criteria

To apply for Class VIII (GCE O-Level), candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Age: Between 12 and 14½ years as of 1 August 2026. No age relaxation is allowed.
• Academic Qualification: Must have passed Class VII by March 2026. Candidates with final exams in June 2026 are eligible but must submit a School Leaving Certificate confirming attendance until the joining date and the grade/class completed.
• Required Document: An attested copy of Form B (NADRA) must be attached to the application form.

Application Process

CCH accepts online applications only via its portal. Manual forms are not accepted. Here’s how to apply:

1. Complete the Online Form: Fill out the application on the CCH admission portal and upload required documents.
2. Application Approval: Approved candidates will receive an email with instructions to print their Roll Number Slip using their login credentials.
3. Registration Fee (Non-Refundable):
   • Pakistan-based applicants: Rs. 7,000 + Rs. 58 (bank charges).
   • Overseas applicants (Saudi Arabia, UAE, or online): Rs. 60,000 + center charges for physical centers in Saudi Arabia or UAE).
4. Key Dates:
   • Application Deadline: 5 December 2025.
   • Entrance Test: 28 December 2025.

Entrance Test Details

The entrance test is a 3-hour written exam covering:

• Mathematics
• English + Islamiat (Non-Muslim candidates can skip Islamiat by writing “NON-MUSLIM” on the answer sheet; Islamiat answers must be in English.)
• Urdu + General Science

The test is a single booklet with designated answer spaces—no extra sheets are provided. The syllabus, available on the CCH website, offers general guidance, but questions may vary to assess suitability.

Test Centers

Choose one of the following test centers:

• Pakistan: Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Karachi, Quetta, Abbottabad
• Overseas: Saudi Arabia, UAE
• Online: For candidates outside Saudi Arabia and UAE
• Note: If a center is unavailable, candidates will be reassigned to another center.

Selection Process

CCH follows a rigorous, merit-based selection process:

1. Written Test: Candidates qualifying on merit proceed to the next stage.
2. Interview and Medical Examination: Conducted at CCH, the interview evaluates:
   • Spoken English
   • IQ and General Knowledge
   • Psychological assessment
   • Physical fitness
   • IT awareness
3. Final Selection: Based on performance in the written test, interview, and medical examination. The Principal’s decision is final and cannot be challenged.

Scholarships and Financial Aid

CCH offers limited financial assistance/scholarships as Qarz-e-Hasna for deserving students, evaluated based on merit and financial need after final selection. Merit-based scholarships are also awarded to top performers at the end of each academic year. Scholarships are not guaranteed and depend on the college’s assessment.

• Admissions are on an open merit system with no regional quotas.
• Only male candidates are eligible.
• Admission details are advertised between May and September in leading English and Urdu newspapers and on the College website.
