One-Time Admission Charges

  • Admission Fee: Rs. 25,000/-
  • Annual Maintenance: Rs. 19,000/-
  • Security Deposit (Refundable): Rs. 30,000/-
  • Kit Money: Rs. 71,000/-

Total Admission Charges: Rs. 145,000/-


Term Fee for School Sessions (8th, 9th, & 10th Grades)

  • First Term (April to July): Rs. 125,472/-
  • Second Term (August to November): Rs. 125,472/-
  • Third Term (December to March): Rs. 125,472/-

Term Fee for College Sessions (11th & 12th Grades)

  • First Term (April to July): Rs. 139,522/-
  • Second Term (August to November): Rs. 139,522/-
  • Third Term (December to March): Rs. 139,522/-

Scholarships for WAPDA Employees’ Wards

Scholarships are available exclusively for the wards of WAPDA employees, as specified by the authority.

  • BPS 1 to 15: Rs. 5,000 per month
  • BPS 16 and above: Rs. 4,000 per month

The department will disburse the scholarship as per the policy once the required criteria are met by the parents.


Fee Rules

  • Fees charged are based on the approval of the College Board of Governors (BOG) and are subject to revision.
  • All fees, including admission, maintenance, security, and kit money, are non-refundable once paid.
  • If a cadet leaves or is withdrawn from the college at their own request, no fees will be refunded.
  • In cases of expulsion by the Discipline Committee, the remaining funds and security deposit will be refunded.
  • If a cadet is absent without official leave (AWOL) or overstays leave (OSL), withdrawal requests will still require parents to pay fees based on the number of unattended months.
  • Should a cadet be found medically unfit by WAPDA Hospital Tarbela upon reporting, the deposited fees will be refunded.
  • No refunds are given if a student reserves admission and later decides not to attend after paying the admission fee.
  • Late payment of dues will incur fines: Rs. 50 per day for the first 10 days and Rs. 100 per day for the next 10 days. Failure to pay may result in withdrawal from the college.
  • Re-admission, if approved, requires payment of an additional admission fee and any applicable fines.
